Our client is any business or professional organization typically having five to 50 employees. They may be manufacturers, trades, medical or accountant offices, sales or service organizations. Our client is big enough so that human resource management requires a substantial amount of time and expense. Expanding benefits and services to employees is impossible due to the economics involved.
